Morsi pick Hesham Kandil the prime minister

Egyptian President Mohamed Morsi named a water management expert as prime minister, Hesham Kandil was the minister for water resources and irrigation in the interim government set up after longtime president Hosni Mubarak was ousted last year.Born in 1962, Hesham Kandil studied at a graduate school in the United States. He worked on an irrigation project on the Nile River as an engineer. Hesham Kandil does not belong to any political party. Egyptian media call his appointment surprising, because he has little political experience.Poltiical analysts pin opinion  Morsi has chosen the prime minister from outside his Muslim Brotherhood group to reach out to the young, supporters of the former government and people who are wary of religious influence on politics
