HP Designjet technology boosts performance, efficiency and teamwork for architects and designers

Mumbai, India, 16 April 2013: Hewlett Packard India is exhibiting its innovative digital printing technology and solutions with the showcase of its exciting Designjet range of large format printers at Ecobuild India 2013 from 16-18 April.

Ecobuild India is a gateway into the rapidly growing Indian market for sustainable development. It brings together government, developers, builders, architects, eco-friendly technology providers, civil engineers, consultants, environmentalists and others who support and believe in advancing the green building movement. Visitors to the show will see first-hand how HP technology can help a business not only design environmentally friendly buildings and structures, but also how to impactful showcase these designs to a client.

  • HP Designjet T7100 Printer –combining low-cost mono printing with quality color to deliver a breakthrough TCO, it radically simplifies and speeds up the entire workflow.
  • HP Designjet T2300 eMFP- The first-ever Web-connected MFP for design teams, allows you access to Print Apps directly from the color touchscreen making it easy to add new functions
  • HP Designjet T120 ePrinter – The easy-to-use, 24-inch printer gives you more for your money—including web connectivity,  allowing you to print from virtually anywhere using a laptop, iOS device, or Android™ device
  • HP Designjet T520 ePrinter – Available in 24 and 36 inch the HP Designjet T520 ePrinter series is designed for small AEC and CAD teams in need of fast, professional CAD printing

Additionally at Ecobuild, there are conference sessions through the two days. HP is taking part in the conference on the second day to educate participants on “The Future of Design and the Role of Architects.” The focus will be on the need to design high performance, sustainable buildings for the next century.


Award-winning Printing Portfolio
These new products extend HP’s Designjet award-winning portfolio for the AEC community, which includes the HP Designjet T790 PostScript ePrinter that was recently awarded the Summer 2012 “Pick” for Outstanding Wide-Format Small Workgroup Colour Inkjet Printer from Buyers Laboratory LLC (BLI).

A plug-and-play web-connected device, which provides the AEC community the ability to easily access, share and print large format documents, the HP Designjet T790 PostScript ePrinter was recognized for its flawless reliability, professional PANTONE emulation and direct printing via USB port. It was also lauded for enabling users to preview, print and scan directly to the web without using a computer and the ease of HP ePrint & Share, a printing and sharing tool that allows designers in the AEC industry to easily locate and access large-format plans on the cloud.
