Basics Concepts and Marketing raised curtains on North East Fashion Fest 2013 at a Press conference at the Ashok Hotel, New Delhi. The NEFF is to be held in Guwahati on 20th -23rd Feb,to promote the traditional and contemporary fashion talent in North East of India with a Home Ministry support.
Eminent spokesperson at the media briefing included Mr Sailen Nath,Secretary Dept of Sericulture Government of Assam, Mr Ajay Kanaujai,Dept Secretary/Director MHA NE Div,Dr Lalit Panwar,IAS,Vice Chairman -ITDC,the event management ,Basics Advertising introduced NEFF 2013 as biggest festival of its kind to be held in North East India.
