Subject : List of members who have paid RWA subscription for the year 2015-16
Dear Mr Yogesh,
You and Mr Jaspal had come to our house 2 weeks ago requesting me to be the Returning Officer for RWA
elections to be conducted 24th April 2016.
I consented for the same and accordingly election notice was distributed by you and your team to the
colony residents.
Since 15 th April( which was the last day for paying subscriptions), I have repeatedly been asking
you to give me the list of members who have paid subscription for the year 2015-16 which is required
for conducting these elections.
However inspite of promising to give the same till date you have not given me the list.Even when you
came to our house on 15th april to file your nomination and again when you came to our house on 17th I
had reminded you that the list of members who have paid subscriptions is essential for conducting
elections and required by me as a RO.
I am writing this letter so that you may atleast now deliver the list of residents who have paid their
subscriptions for this year 2015-16.
You are supposed to provide the Returning Officer with any document requested and you are making my job
difficult by delaying.
I am also sending a copy of this request to members of the last executive body and to a few patrons of
the colony to persuade you to deliver the said list at the earliest.
