European Parliament organizes hearing on Baluchistan
European Parliament’s EPP Group organized a seminar on ‘Coordination between Israel and other countries in the fight against global terrorism’. Mr. Hamal Haider Baluch, international spokesperson of the Baluch National Movement was the keynote speaker in this seminar. Fifty Members of the European Parliament (MEPs) attended the event.
Mr. Baluch spoke about how Pakistan has been supporting global terrorism, and countries like China have been backing Pakistan’s illegitimate activities. He emphasized that one of the major concerns that need to be urgently addressed by the international community is the rampant killing by the Pakistani Army and ISI, of innocent Baloch including women and children.
He explained that this was being done in order to remove any obstacles in the way of China’s economic expansion in Pakistan, particularly to enable creation of the “China-Pakistan Economic Corridor”. However, he said, this had created a genocide-like situation for the people of Baluchistan, and had also fuelled resentment amongst the Baluch people against China.
He added that China has been occupying the lands of Baluch people with the help of Pakistani government by paying huge bribes to bureaucrats, senior government officials and politicians. This illicit wealth is stashed away in foreign bank accounts by these corrupt Pakistanis.
MEP Fulvio Martusciello thanked the speaker and emphasized that the European Parliament supports and stands with the Baluch people. He opined that it is the responsibility of the Pakistani Government to safeguard the rights of Baluch nationals and bring to a halt the relentless killings of innocent persons, including women and children. He assured him that he would raise, with the President of the European Parliament, this serious issue of ‘kill and dump’ policy of the Pakistan government and ‘genocide of Baluch nationals in the state of Pakistan’.

Session on : India–China: Towards a Strategic Partnership in Services
Dear Sir,
Session on:
India–China: Towards a Strategic Partnership in Services
11:30–13:00 Hrs on Friday, 22 April 2016 at Hall A, India Expo Centre & Mart, Greater Noida, Delhi NCR
Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) in association with the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India and the Services Export Promotion Council (SEPC), is organising the 2nd edition of the Indian Global Exhibition on Services (GES) during 21–23 April 2016 at India Expo Centre & Mart, Greater Noida, Delhi NCR.
The main objective of the Global Exhibition is to promote greater exchange of trade in services with India.
GES provides a global platform to increase trade in services, enhance strategic cooperation and strengthen multilateral relationships between all stake holders as well as provide opportunities to directly meet the Government officials, Business leaders, Academia, Policy makers and Media leaders.
China is India’s largest trading partner with more than US$ 70 billion worth of goods traded last year and, is now focusing on reconstructing its economy, shifting from an export oriented approach to a more inclusive business strategy. At the same time, India’s growing trade deficit with China is of concern and hence, a need to look beyond the trading of goods.
With the continuous upgradation of technology and rising economic standards of the huge middle class in both India and China, the demands of the masses are changing to better provision of Services. Sectors like e–Commerce, Healthcare, Media & Entertainment, Tourism and IT & ITES are some of the key service sectors where both the neighbours can collaborate and benefit from each other.
In order to better understand the shifting trends, we are organising a session focused on “India–China: Towards a Strategic Partnership in Services” during 11:30–13:00 Hrson Friday, 22 April 2016 at Hall A, India Expo Centre & Mart, Greater Noida, Delhi NCR. This session will conclude with Lunch.
I am writing to invite you to kindly attend this session.
The session structure will be shared with you upon receiving your confirmation.
Look forward to your kind confirmation on the email id rajiv.kumar@cii.in.
Regards,
Rajiv

Eastern Europe Music lovers mixed with powerful nuclear energy and fine humor, the Fanfare couche tard (Understand “Night Owls Band”) is to music, what an SUV is to travel…
These five modern day heroes will play in a bar, in the streets, under a circuit tent, on a barge in front of one hundred as well as two thousand people, in the morning but especially in the evening. After 7 years on the roads and more than 250 shows through several European countries. The Fanfare couche tard is not going to stop it here.
The next step is the India tour 2016, during which they will give everything, and may be more… Don’t miss it in Delhi, Kolkata, Pune, Chennai, Mumbai, and Bengaluru.
