“LOVE RAPPING, BUT HAVE NEVER RAPPED BEFORE,” SAYS RAVI DUBEY

Well, Ravi Dubey seems to be a jack-of-all-trades. From acting to dancing and then a shift to anchoring Ravi has recently wowed his fans with all that he does. Currently as the host on STAR PLUS” India’s Dancing Superstar, Ravi couldn’t resist the platform he was on and suddenly started rapping a special song which was dedicated to the contestants and judges.

As a surprise to many, Ravi was brilliant at it and received a lot of accolades for his rapper avatar. “As an anchor I have the freedom to be myself and I don’t limit myself to any scripts so when I was rapping for the judges and contestants it was my way of expressing my love for them. I sat in the night and wrote it in 4-5 hours. I am grateful that it was very well appreciated,” says the charming Ravi.

CONTESTANTS' DINNER DATE WITH GEETA MAA

Home cooked food is something that is always missed by people who stay miles away from home. A similar craving was felt by Loyola group who are competing in STAR Plus’s India’s Dancing Superstar. The contestants who hail from Chennai have been missing south Indian food for a while.

When Geeta Maa learnt about this, she decided to surprise them. The ace choreographer took the contestants for a special treat at a nearby restaurant. The contestants were thrilled to see authentic South Indian food served when they entered the restaurant.

One of the contestants from group said “It was a huge surprise for all of us. We all have been missing home and home cooked food since a long time. Geeta Maa who has been always so supportive surprised with some delicious food. She is like a family for all of us. We are all extremely touched and honored by her this sweet gesture.”
