Youths are so addicted of these substances, which is now forcing them to do robbery and beating parents for money to buy intoxicants.

While expressing deep anguish, Adv. Aradhana Bhargav said, ‘it has been more than 69 years since independence but the M.P. Excise Act of 1915 is still in practice unchanged, this is enough to describe government’s position of not willing to bring legislations to protect the interest of communities rather it sees it as a source of revenue and key to development. At the other end, Govt. is proactive in giving protection to industries and corporates, who are doing the business of alcohol and intoxicants. Dr. Bijay Bijolya represented the destruction caused due to intoxication and alcohol through a song.
