Government in Wet Diapers Crying Stinking Kicking Left Right
December21, 2015 (C) Ravinder Singh progressindia2015@gmail.com

When it was time for GOI to provide RESULTS of Six Quarters operations
it failed to report even one single success, of about 15-16 quarters
free run when it can execute short term as well as long term projects.
Last four quarters are dedicated to short term projects and finishing
touches including last two are election quarters. When over 300
districts are drought hit farmers in India are exploited the most –
pulses purchased at Rs.30-50 per kg retail for 150-250 per kg
unprecedented loot. Social Sector is completely neglected.

GOI has no Idea of Scientific Planning, Innovation, Management, Public
Interest, Social Justice, Regional Balance, Income & Wealth
Distribution and World Trade. Government like an Infant is in Wet
Diapers Crying Stinking Kicking Left Right – Infant Smiles & Laughs
but even the smile & laugh of Government is fake.

Finance: - Personal Loans accounted for 60% of the Bank Credit Growth
and there was practically no growth in Critical sectors, even as Gross
Credits Growth has fallen, foreign exchange rate has weakened by 14%
in six quarters.

Water & Sanitation: - GoI introduced programs without proper study –
Toilet (Actually Septic Tank) in every home shall make entire village
or town stink. Average rainfall in India is around 1000m and flooding
of septic tanks shall spread diseases. India added 3501 MW Hydro Power
in 12th Plan or 30% of plan target, almost no Large Storage Project
when India has over 250,000 MW Hydro Power in Rivers & 500 BCM Water
storage potential.

Power & Energy: - Even though Ujawal Bharat Report claims to increase
Power Generation to increase 50% by 2022 but Coal Production is
projected to DOUBLE in this period India burns 10% worst quality coal
already. LED achievement is 5% of plan or 2% of desired target. 98.7
GW Nuclear Units in USA produce 800 BU of Power more than India
consumption. India has Hydro Potential to generate 800 BU – but India
not investing in Clean Energy.

Industry: - Industry sector is in Total Collapse – no growth in Bank
Credit, Zero IPR, 14% Devaluation of Rupee means NEGATIVE Exports
also. Falling commodity prices means mainly Indian Basic Goods
Industry is in ICU like Steel, Cement etc.

http://www.indianrailways.gov.in/railwayboard/uploads/directorate/finance_budget/Budget_2015-16/Railway_Budget_Speech_2015-16%20(English).pdf
Railways: -  IR is Worst Managed Of All. A Fraction of Lalu Yadav
achievements of 60 million tones Loading growth – barely 30 million
tones in two years. 1. Railways admits passengers served has deceased
and 2. Growth in Freight was pathetic from 511 million tones in to
540.99 million tones in 24 months [First Half], just 3% annual growth.
ABB Loco Production Target of 404 High Horse Power Locos production is
136 only. Loco Production is less than last FY and instead of
Switching to Three Phase Locos Railways continues to produce AC-DC
Electric Locos. There was absolutely no need to Import Electric &
Diesel Locos. Plan Outlay of Railways is Rs.100,011 Cr. Though Rail
Minister in Budget Speech projected Electrification target of 6608 km
but it was for 5 years no improvement over last 2-3 years – in fact
actual Electrification in 5 years was 5942 km 2009-2014 period [White
Paper].

Ahmadabad Mumbai 493 kilometer Corridor: - Railways & NHAI at present
is implementing FOUR MEGA TRANSPORT Projects on Ahmadabad to Mumbai
section – Expressway, Third Line to Existing Trunk Route, Freight
Corridor, and now Bullet Train all to cost Rs.3,00,000 Cr on
completion 35% of Rs.8,56,020 Cr. NH-8 was also built a decade ago.

This justifies heading ‘Government in Wet Diapers Crying Stinking
Kicking Left Right’
