Yoga and Shaolin Kung-fu training

Dear Frederikke,
We like to organize Yoga and Shaolin Kung- fu work out sessions/classes. In yoga we will provide secret knowledge of ancient monk’s Sahaj Kriya for keeping mind and body fit. The Sahaj (easy) Kriya yoga (SKY) is a very beneficial yoga for students as it increases consciousness of the body and the mind. The SKY yoga increases memory and learning skills of a practitioner. The below is the fee structure for a Sahaj Kriya Yoga session –

Sahaj Kriya Yoga – 10 days’ sessions – Rs. 10,000 per student
Shaolin Kung Fu basic workout – 10 day sessions – Rs. 10,000 per student
Shaolin internal Kung Fu for old people – 10 day sessions – Rs. 10,000 per student
Classes will be held for two hours for a whole week or as per student’s convenient time in the evening or in the morning at convenient venue decided by the group probably in the Chanakyapuri area.

Also the students who likes to do Patanjali Yog Sutra can register for the classes as below –
Patanjali Yog Sutra a study how to discipline the mind – 15 days class amount Rs. 15000 per student
