Fifteen people have been killed and 10 others are in intensive care after an Mi-8 helicopter crashed in Eastern Siberia, TASS said on Thursday. The helicopter belonging to the Turukhan air company had rotation workers onboard. The chopper reportedly crashed soon after takeoff some 10km from the town of Igarka. It was en route from Igarka to an oil production facility in Krasny Selkub. The fuselage was destroyed after the helicopter landed on difficult terrain.
